Ioanna operates a retained human performance practice structured around a small number of clients.

Her work integrates movement science, injury rehabilitation, and clinical nutrition into one continuous system.

Each engagement is managed directly and maintained through ongoing oversight.

Background

A European and World Champion in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Ioanna qualified for the 2008 Olympic Games, competing for Greece’s National Team.

Her academic training includes an MSc in Human Performance, Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation and an MPH from Tufts University School of Medicine.

Practice

Work is applied at the individual level — not based on general programming.

Each engagement is structured around assessment, protocol design, and continuous adaptation, integrating performance, recovery, and real-life constraints.

Model

This is not a session-based service.

Clients engage on a retained basis, allowing for depth of attention, continuity, and direct practitioner involvement.
