Concierge health and performance coaching
Every habit has a reason. We start there.
Understanding why you make the choices you do, and changing the ones that hold you back.
Led by Ioanna Diamantidou: former World Champion and Olympic qualifier, MSc in Human Performance, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation, and MPH from Tufts.
Who this is for
You may already see a physician. Perhaps a physiotherapist, a trainer, a nutritionist. Each gives you advice. None of it connects.
Core Class is for people who:
Have an injury, pain, or setback that keeps returning
Want to stay strong and capable as their body changes with age
Have tried programs and apps that were not built for them
Know what they should be doing, but struggle to make it last
Want one person who understands the whole picture
If you are looking for a workout plan or a quick fix, this is not the right fit.
Every layer of your life
Age, sex, gender, health history, beliefs, goals, sleep, stress, relationships, work, travel, culture, and the care you already receive.
01
Your stage of change
Not yet ready, considering, preparing, acting or maintaining. The work starts where you are.
02
03
Setbacks are planned for
They are a normal part of change. When life gets in the way, there is someone to call and progress continues.
What has to line up
The ability to act, the opportunity in daily life, and the motivation behind it. One plan addresses all three.

Inside the Practice
01
Intake
Before day one
The record begins before the first session.
Before anything else, a structured intake is completed. This covers medical history, current medications and supplements, movement history, nutritional patterns, sleep, stress, and goals. It is not a form for the sake of process. It is the foundation everything else is built on. Nothing is assumed. Nothing is guessed.
02
Assessment
First session
Movement, nutrition, and lifestyle reviewed in full.
The first session is an assessment. Not a workout, not a consultation, an assessment. Movement quality, compensations, and injury history are evaluated. Nutritional patterns from intake are reviewed in context. The output is a complete clinical picture that makes the protocol possible.
03
Protocol
Issued within 48 hrs
A written plan. Specific, reasoned, and yours.
Within 48 hours of assessment, a written protocol is issued. It covers training structure, nutritional parameters, supplementation, and daily logging requirements. Every recommendation is explained. The protocol is a living document. It is not issued once and forgotten. It is revised at each weekly review as the record evolves.
04
Portal
Daily use
A private space to log, track, and communicate.
Each retained client has access to a private portal. Daily inputs including meals, energy, sleep, digestion, mood, training, and compliance are logged there. Weekly reflections are submitted there. Direct messaging with your practitioner happens there. It is not an app. It is the active record of your engagement.
05
Review
Weekly
The record is read. Patterns are identified. Notes are made.
Every week, the record is reviewed in full. Not scanned, reviewed. Daily inputs are read in sequence. Patterns across sleep, digestion, energy, and compliance are identified. The weekly reflection is considered alongside the objective data. This is where clinical thinking happens.
06
Oversight
Ongoing
Not a programme with an end date.
Retained engagement means continuous clinical presence. Not a fixed-term programme, not a package of sessions. Between reviews, the record is monitored. If something significant changes, it is addressed without waiting for the next scheduled review. This is what retained means.
07
Adjustments
As the record evolves
The protocol is revised. Recommendations change. Nothing is static.
As the record accumulates, what was prescribed at intake will not be what is prescribed at week twelve. Adjustments are made at each weekly review to training load, nutritional targets, supplementation, or the logging protocol itself. The engagement adapts because bodies adapt.
08
Retention
By decision, not default
Clients engage on a retained basis. Access is by invitation.
Ongoing engagement is reviewed periodically by both parties. Retention is not automatic. It is a decision made when continued oversight is clinically warranted and the client is committed to the process. The practice remains small by design. Each client has direct access to one practitioner, and that does not scale.

What changes
The work is measured by what changes in your life, not by the number of sessions.
Setbacks stop repeating. Injuries and pain are addressed at the cause, with training, nutrition and recovery working together.
Habits that last. Change is built step by step around your real life. When work, travel or stress get in the way, the plan adapts, and support is one message away.
Strength that keeps up with you. Your body stays strong and capable as it changes with age.
One person who sees everything. Your history, medical advice and goals are held by one practitioner who knows the whole picture.
In their words
“I’ve worked with more than ten coaches over the years, and at 52 I thought I knew what coaching could offer.
I was wrong. Ioanna helped me transform my relationship with food, build strength, lose 25 pounds, and develop habits that finally feel sustainable.
What sets her apart isn’t just her knowledge, it’s her ability to understand the person behind the behaviors and help create lasting change without judgment.
She has become a trusted partner in my health, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.”
