I built Core Class because
I kept seeing the same problem.
People were making health and performance decisions through disconnected advice. A physician focused on one issue. A trainer focused on another. Nutrition, recovery, medications, work, travel, and daily life were managed separately, while the individual was expected to connect everything together.
Most people don't need more information. They need continuity.
Core Class was built to provide it.
Background
Before entering professional practice, I spent years as a member of Greece's National Team in rhythmic gymnastics, becoming a European and World Champion and qualifying for the 2008 Olympic Games.
I was surrounded by specialists: coaches, physicians, physiotherapists. Each looked after one piece. As a team, we trained together and were treated the same, even though we did not need the same things. When I developed an injury that would not heal, no one connected it to the fact that my body was not getting the nutrition it needed to recover. I watched teammates go through the same: injuries that lingered, setbacks that returned, problems treated in isolation. Individual work alongside the team program would have made each of us, and the team, better. The answers existed. They were simply never put together.
That experience shaped how I understand human performance today.
My academic training expanded that perspective through an MSc in Human Performance, Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation and a Master of Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine.
Together, those experiences reinforced a principle that continues to guide my work:
Human performance cannot be understood through isolated interventions.
Core Class exists to put the pieces together.
Practice
Every engagement begins with assessment.
No protocol exists before understanding the individual.
I gather what already exists: your physicians' recommendations, input from your other practitioners, your history, and your own account of how you live. Movement, nutrition, recovery, medications, lifestyle, travel, and work demands are interpreted together, not independently.
The research is then applied to you specifically: your age, sex, history, goals, relationships, and the realities of your day.
Change is built through behavior, not instruction. Habits are introduced in steps you can sustain and adjusted as your life changes.
Protocols are reviewed continuously and adjusted as new information becomes available. Where it helps, findings are shared back with your care team, so everyone works from the same picture.
The objective is not simply to improve performance.
It is to maintain continuity across the variables influencing how an individual functions, performs, and recovers.
Model
Core Class is a retained human performance practice.
Most programs, apps, and practitioners today are built to serve as many people as possible at once. That is how businesses scale. It is also how guidance becomes generic.
Community can be motivating but your health should not be a group program.
Clients engage on a retained basis rather than purchasing sessions or programs. The number of clients is deliberately limited, so each one receives individual attention.
This allows for continuous oversight, regular review, direct practitioner involvement, and long-term adaptation as circumstances change.
The value of the practice is not found in individual appointments.
It is found in maintaining an accurate understanding of the whole picture over time.
