Hello, I'm Ioanna, a holistic fitness instructor grounded in science and personal experience. My background as an elite athlete combined with my studies, has enriched my ability to work with fellow athletes, Hollywood actors, and the general population across the US. I hold a Master's in Human Performance and certifications from NASM, BASI Pilates, TRX, and BootyBarre. Currently, I am broadening my knowledge by pursuing a second Master's in Public Health at Tufts University, focusing on Population Health Promotion to further integrate health and wellness.
